We ask that you check your order, and products as soon as they arrive.

If, in the unfortunate event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product/s and get a full refund or exchange. You can request a return for 7 days from the date you received it. This must be done by email.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and we highly recommend you send it tracked to ensure it arrives. 

If a return is requested after 7 days a refund or exchange will not be processed. 


Customised and personalised items are not included in the 100% satisfaction return policy, however if they are faulty then they can of course be returned.

Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours by Email with photographs attached.
